Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the Heatbit device in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective internal padding are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
